The Gender Pay Gap

Currently women are paid on average 16% less than men.

NewAustralia believes this is unacceptable. One solution is that that companies not be able to keep salary packages secret - all employees would know what all other employees were earning. This would quickly expose unfair pay conditions in the work place.
